Our staff have extensive experience working within the NDIS and our services, Policies and Procedures are based on clients’ feedback and their specific needs to ensure we produce quality services.
Our intake process is seamless, no forms or paperwork much required, only a phone call or email with the below details and we then contact the participant (within 48 hours of a referral being made) and provide services within 7 days if everything goes ok. If your participant needs urgent services, we will bypass our stand procedures to ensure this happens when the participant requires it.
If you have an NDIS Plan and would like SPWD to help provide support, please give us a call.
